Md. Shahadat Karim is the Accounts and Finance Manager in A&F Unit of CEO Office, NSRIC. He is also the  Professor of Practice in area of Finance at Commerce and Management (COM) Unit of OE Division, NSRIC. As a dedicated and detail-oriented accounting professional, Mr. Karim has been meeting the accounting needs of different Multinationals and Local reputed organizations for the last 24 years. Currently, he is working as a Chief Financial Officer of Tropical Homes Limited, Bangladesh, handling large-volume financial services for large local companies in the area. He also has a careful analytical mind as well as careful computational skills, he is able to perform precise auditing tasks ensuring that financial transactions are accurately represented. He also has international job experience in Angola for more than 6 years. He served many multinational and national organizations inland and overseas. There his duties were to help the clients file tax information checking the accuracy of all financial documents provided to ensure accuracy and transparency.  He is specialist in online Financial Reporting System and attended various seminars and training on accounting and financial reporting in Belgium, Singapore, Egypt and as well as in Bangladesh. He is very well known in various ERP systems and online management reporting by global management systems. Mr. Karim has extensive financial management experience, including funding, cash forecasting and management, internal control systems & budgeting and analysis budget variances. Mr. Karim holds a Master of Commerce (M. Com) in Accounting from the University of Dhaka in 1992 and completed CA Course from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. 

During his CA course, he learned to communicate with clients, leading to long-term trusting relationships. Additionally, he worked as part of a team to fulfill all necessary tasks including legal requirements and report preparation.
