A.S. Daiyan Ahmed is the lecturer in the area of Petroleum Engineering at Engineering Unit of Online Education Division, He is also the researchers of RID division, NSRIC. He was awarded MEng in the field of oil and gas engineering from the Memorial University of Newfoundland (MUN), Canada and earned BSc in Petroleum and Mining Engineering from Shahjalal University of Science and Technology (SUST), Sylhet, Bangladesh. He has over 7 years of experience as a lecturer and researcher at MUN, and other organizations. Mr. Ahmed is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Petroleum and Mining Engineering (PME) at Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Dhaka, Bangladesh. He has written five articles. His research interests include oil and gas, data collection and analysis, safety, and compliance. He has expertise in C++, Python, and designing tool such as solid works and ANSYS.
